“Today, early in the morning, some Brazilian users found our main page with the traditional Mother’s Day Doodle. We apologize, as in Brazil, unlike other countries, the date is celebrated on the second Sunday in May. Our team has already corrected the problem and saved the tribute for the day on which the date is celebrated in the country, “said Google.
How was the tribute
When opening the search page, an image on the platform paid homage to the event.
By clicking on the illustration, the user could create a personalized virtual card with some drawings already available on the platform. At the end, it was possible to choose to share and send the gift to e-mail or social networks.
